Looking for recommendations for basic exercises.

I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for, I'm not sure if/how Qi Gong differs from this.

When I tried Tai Chi about 15 years ago, l became quite dyspraxic. Qigong appears to be a little simpler form-wise.

@voidspace Eight Pieces of Brocad, or baduanjin Qi Gong. Good for internal organs, flexibility; a series suitable for warmups and cooldowns for weightlifting.
