Paul EdwinNice day for my first motorcycle commute of the year. (Somewhat later than usual, and not because of the weather.)Dry-ish roads, and I had to use the tinted visor because of the big bright ball in the sky. LukeNo bike this morning and standing up for 3.5 hours last night has done for me. I wouldn’t change anything but going out the night before having to chair an internal review was always going to be a challenge. BluedepthSince the new year I’ve been <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/WFH" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#WFH</a> casually on Wednesdays. This breaks my week in half, as it customarily feels a little bit like time off. It kind of intoxicates me a little, all the benefits of being at home, I’m not late for work because of my <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/commute" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#commute</a>, all that. But it also splats my week into two little islands of bleh, and a weekend. Windows I can look out of, a bathroom that’s all mine. Drunk with power!
