Tom<p>It was sourdough discard day. A blueberry clafoutis and some crumpets baked in a bun pan. I gave my sister some frozen blueberries and realized there were some in the other freezer too so I doubled hers up and used 4+ cups in a clafoutis.</p><p>The crumpets are just starter with a little sugar, salt, and baking soda. King Arthur recipe.
