Anyone know the right channels to complain about a GP Surgery that will cause them maximum pain?

They have removed the meds I was recommended from Repeat. I now have to state the drug and the reason.
In other words, they make me beg.

Drug: Quetiapine
Reason: ASK THE F* CRISIS TEAM
