Going and are, for me, relatively easy. All I am doing is eliminating behaviours. I am doing less. Lazy wins.

I need to exercise/tone up. I have the bikes, the weights, I know what to do. But this means doing more.

Try as I might I just cannot get into doing more.
Tricky.

@rez I've read a lot of advice on how to motivate yourself to do more, and every suggestion required you do things that would take a lot of effort.
I'm reading it thinking, if I was capable of consistently devoting that much time and effort to achieving a goal, I wouldn't be looking for motivation advice!

Results spur me on. I'd guess others are the same.

Weightloss was fast. Motivation is nudged along every day when I see the lower number on the scales.

But muscle tone.. hmm.
