A snapshot taken in the Market Place just after 5 pm. The view is towards the restored clock gateway to the former Prince Bishop’s Palace, which is home to the #FaithMuseum. On the left is St Ann’s church and out of view on the right is #TheSpanishGallery. Tucked in behind St Ann’s is #TheMiningArtGallery
It’s well worth visiting, along with #BinchesterFort, #DurhamCathedral, #RabyCastle and #BowesMuseum. Teesdale and Weardale are on the doorstep.
