@stsquad Just curious, what qualifies as "experience"?
- "Has non-trivial upstream commits in coreboot, kvm/xen, and/or virtio-related software"?
- "Trivial commits okay, spent a non-trivial amount of time digging around"?
- "One of the lead maintainers of a part of a directly related project"?
- "Messed around here and there, interested in learning"?
@ity I'm mostly interested in the CV but I find reading upstream contributions is a good way to get a sense of an engineer's collaboration skills.

For context, I mess around in the areas mentioned, but am nowhere near qualified, so I would wonder about (and I am sure others reading this post do also) the skill level you are looking for
@ity non trivial experience with either Xen or KVM, good understanding of VirtIO and how it works and a solid understanding of the Arm execution exception levels and how they interact.
