@anushka oh nice! I'm lucky to live in a place where we get to hear and play Sibelius quite often :)

This season we're also playing the Bassoon concerto in F by Weber, oh I love those low registers the bassoon can reach and how it sounds

@cybette Ha-ha, thanks, but I'm out of practice with everything I ever played, and that wasn't much to start with

Unfortunately it looks like I'm not coming. For the first time in maybe 10 years. Last year has been hard, and I don't have much to speak about.

well, when I first joined TASO I was totally out of practice too. I think the main blocker is you'll have to travel to Tampere every week for the rehearsals

Sad to hear you're not coming to FOSDEM... I'll certainly have a beer (or several) for you!

@cybette Yeah, I was also afraid some travel was involved

But this gets me thinking, maybe I can try something like that someday

For now, I'm starting drawing courses tomorrow
